Bodegas Fulcro is a family-run boutique winery in Rías Baixas, founded in 2009 by Manuel “Chicho” Moldes, who owns and operates the estate as its sole winemaker. Focused primarily on Albariño, it works vineyards in Padrenda, Cambados, Meaño and Sanxenxo, including vines averaging 40 years old on decomposed granite, schist and white sandy soils. The winery combines family tradition with a contemporary, terroir-focused style: vineyard work is manual, fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, oak is limited and malolactic fermentation is avoided. It also makes a small quantity of red wine from three varieties. No formal organic or biodynamic certifications are mentioned.
