About Veneto

Veneto wines link the hills around Verona with northeastern Italy’s plains and sparkling-wine country. Corvina-led Valpolicella reds range from fresh styles to concentrated Amarone made from dried grapes; Recioto offers a sweet counterpart. Garganega gives Soave a contrasting white-wine identity, while Glera leads Prosecco’s sparkling tradition. The complete origin and wine type help distinguish these very different pleasures within one broad region.
