Domaine M & G Joubert

France

Domaine M & G Joubert is a family-owned Beaujolais estate led by Carine Joubert, with her father Marcel as partner and senior winemaker. The Joubert family has managed the property across generations, working vineyards mainly in Brouilly, with additional parcels in Fleurie, Morgon and Chiroubles. The vineyards have been farmed organically since the 1980s. Carine and Marcel follow a low-sulfur approach, avoiding sulfur during vinification and using only minimal amounts at bottling. Their wines reflect varied Beaujolais sites, including decomposed volcanic granite in Brouilly, iron- and manganese-rich soils on Morgon’s Côte du Py, and schist with broken rocks in Fleurie.
