Domaine des 3 Vallons

France

Domaine des 3 Vallons is a family-run Beaujolais estate owned and operated by the Carret family, within the Georges Duboeuf portfolio. Its southeast-facing, goblet-trained vines average 45 years old and are harvested by hand. The estate is certified sustainable under France’s HVE programme. Winemaking is led by Michel Carret and his son Jérôme Carret, with Aurélien Duboeuf also credited as winemaker, combining family management with the resources of the wider Duboeuf group.
