R. Pouillon

France

R. Pouillon is a three-generation family Champagne estate founded in 1947 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and now led by Fabrice Pouillon, with Élodie Pouillon also involved. The domaine works exclusively with grapes from its own vineyards, farming organically and regeneratively since its full organic conversion in 2003. Horse-drawn ploughing, cover crops, composting and the absence of added chemicals reflect a hands-on approach to the land. Across its varied parcels, the estate grows Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, producing Champagne shaped by its own vineyards and long family winemaking tradition.
