Les Dolomies

France

Les Dolomies is a family-owned estate in Passenans in the Jura, founded in 2008 by Céline Gormally and run with her husband Steve. Working across multiple plots, the domaine has been organic from the outset and is certified organic and biodynamic. The vineyards are farmed without herbicides or pesticides, with compost, manual work and animal-assisted cultivation. Fruit is harvested by hand, and in the cellar the approach is minimal, with wild-yeast fermentations, no fining or filtration, and no added sulphur since 2020. Supported in part by Terre de Liens, Les Dolomies is intentionally kept on a human scale, focused on moderate yields, quality, and expressive Jura wines.
