Château Picque Caillou is a Pessac-Léognan estate in Bordeaux, now owned by Laurent Marti after a long period under Isabelle and Paulin Calvet, who had held the property since 1997. The vineyard is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale and described as sustainable, with practices including natural manure compost, careful pruning, leaf-thinning, green harvest and drainage work to protect soils and water. Winemaking has involved a notable team over time, including Denis Dubourdieu, Valérie Lavigne, Stéphane Dief and Axel Marchal, with Dief currently directing the cellar. The estate produces both red and white wines.
