Fiano Salento

San Moro is the label of Produttori di Manduria, a fully member-owned cooperative in Manduria, Puglia. Around 400 growers contribute to approximately 900–1,000 hectares of vineyards, more than half planted to Primitivo, alongside Negroamaro, Merlot, Cabernet and Malvasia. Members range from 25 to nearly 100 years old, bringing a strong sense of collective identity and tradition to the wines. The cooperative reflects the shared work of its growers rather than an individual estate or winemaker.
