L'Opaline Coteaux Varois en Provence Rosé

Pure Provence brings together two Provence operations. Ultimate Provence farms 46 hectares in the Plaine des Maures, all certified organic, producing AOP Côtes de Provence wines from its own vineyards with an on-site press and vat room. Maison Mirabeau, founded in 2010 and family-owned by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, works from a 20-hectare estate including 14 hectares of vines, alongside local growers. Its estate is regeneratively farmed, HVE Level 3 certified, and became France’s first vineyard certified Regenerative Organic Certified in 2024. The company uses 100% renewable energy and has been B Corp certified since 2023. Guillaume Cordonis is also associated with the producer.
