Château Moulin de Taffard is a Médoc Cru Bourgeois estate in Bordeaux, part of the family-owned Peyruse vineyard group founded in 1914 and now operated by Laure and Sébastien Peyruse. Its vineyard practices include measured pest control, sexual-confusion traps, cover cropping across all rows, and limited thermal leaf removal, with mechanical harvesting and two sorting stages. The estate is restructuring toward its best gravelly sites, with production expected to become more focused. Consulting oenologist Antoine Médeville supports the winemaking.
