Château Hauts de Plaisance is a family-owned estate operated by the Tereygeol family in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, in Bordeaux’s Northern Médoc. Its vineyard lies on gravel and clay soils and includes both old and younger vines. The estate forms part of Château Pontoise Cabarrus cru bourgeois. Winemaking is overseen by oenologist Eric Boissenot, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and concrete tanks, followed by two years of aging in French oak. The wines reflect a traditional Médoc approach shaped by family ownership, varied vine age, and careful élevage.
