Villa S.Anna

Italy

Villa S.Anna is a historic family estate in Montepulciano, Tuscany, owned for nearly two centuries by the Fabroni/Ruggeri family and now run by Simona Ruggeri (Fabroni) with her daughters Anna and Margherita in an all-female team. The winery focuses on Chianti Colli Senesi, Rosso di Montepulciano, and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano from prime hillside vineyards. Farming and cellar work emphasize manual harvesting, environmental care, high-density planting, barrel renewal, and meticulous vineyard and cellar management, without formal sustainability certification. The style reflects careful maceration and French oak aging under close family oversight.
