Founded in 2019 by life partners Davide Canina and Monica Pedrotto, I Parcellari works across Portacomaro, Montegrosso d’Asti, and Govone in Piedmont. Rather than producing from an entire growing area, the project selects individual vineyard parcels within land owned by members of Produttori di Govone. Agostino Malvicino helped establish the project and map its vineyards, soils, and clones. Local winemaker Claudio Dacasto collaborates on parcel selection and production, while agronomist and oenologist Maurizio Gily advises on vineyard management, climate-change responses, and expansion. The project’s focus is on expressing distinct parcels through collaborative, site-conscious work.
