Herdade dos Coelheiros

Portugal

Herdade dos Coelheiros is a privately owned estate in Alentejo, Portugal, led since 2015 by Alberto Weisser and Gabriela Mascioli. Its organically certified vineyards are farmed regeneratively, with a strong focus on biodiversity across walnut groves, cork oak forest, olive groves, and areas supporting sheep and deer. The estate is also certified for Sustainable Production by the Alentejo Wines Sustainability Program. Long-time head winemaker António Saramago leads a minimal-intervention approach, expressing the estate’s vineyards through carefully considered wines.
