Domaine Jeandaugé

France

Domaine Jean Daugé is a family-owned estate in Courrensan, Gers, operated by Sébastien Fézas, who inherited the property and oversees its winemaking. While the estate covers roughly 30 hectares, about 2 hectares are devoted to its own very small-batch wines. These vineyards are farmed organically with biodynamic inspiration, avoiding chemical inputs and synthetic fertilizers, on clay- and limestone-rich soils. Winemaking is natural and low intervention, with low yields, spontaneous native-yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, no added sulfites, and no fining. The domaine’s approach emphasizes sustainability and terroir expression.
