Domaine Dame Jeanne

France

Domaine Dame Jeanne is a family-owned micro-domaine founded in 2017 in Molesme, at the Burgundy–Champagne border. Run by Jeanne Piollot, with partner Gennaro de Miccoli, the estate is rooted in the Piollot and Moreau Champagne families, with Jeanne serving as sole winemaker. Its limestone and Oxfordian red marl vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic chemicals. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, with minimal sulfur. The domaine produces small-scale still and natural sparkling wines that reflect a low-intervention approach.
