Producer

Prima Pavé

Italy

Prima Pavé, part of Spuma LLC, produces handcrafted non-alcoholic sparkling and still wines in Lavis, Trentino, from sustainably farmed Italian grapes sourced from regions including Friuli, Abruzzo and Puglia. The range includes Blanc de Blancs, Rosé Brut, Rosé Dolce, Grand Cuvée, Bianca d’Or and Fiamma, with styles based on Friulian white blends and Puglian Susumaniello. Wines are dealcoholized to 0.0% alcohol and made without artificial flavors, colors or added sugar. Sustainability initiatives include separate collection for glass, aluminum, corks and organic waste. The brand was developed by Dejou and Marco Marano, wine and hospitality entrepreneurs who partnered with a Northern Italian winemaker to create food-friendly alcohol-free wines.
