Domaine Pey Blanc

France

Domaine Pey Blanc is a family domaine in the Aix-en-Provence area, established in 1930 and led since 2004 by third-generation vigneron Gabriel Giusiano, who built the estate’s own cellar. Its vineyards include 25 hectares around the Vallon des Mourgues, on predominantly clay-limestone terroirs. The team takes a hands-on approach, working the soil by plough, using organic amendments and limiting intervention, with organic farming or conversion to organic farming described in the available notes. Vinification is clean and respectful, aiming to express fresh, elegant wines. Pey Blanc focuses particularly on Provençal rosé, alongside bright whites and refined, complex reds made from regional varieties including grenache, cinsault, syrah and cabernet-sauvignon. The domaine maintains close ties with Aix-en-Provence and presents its wines as expressions of local culture and convivial sharing.
