Vignoble Gibault

France

Vignoble Gibault is a family-run estate in Touraine, in France’s Loire Valley, with a history spanning three generations. The domaine produces wines across the Touraine, Touraine Chenonceau and Valencay appellations, with a particular focus on Sauvignon Blanc from flinty-clay and other ancient Cher terrace soils. Its vineyards are managed according to Terra Vitis environmental specifications, reflecting a commitment to sustainable, environmentally respectful farming. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity and vinified using modern temperature control, with an emphasis on preserving fruit while achieving balanced structure and restrained tannins.
