Domaine Vincent Legou is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, owned and led by Vincent Legou, who took over from his parents in 2008 after a decade at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Its vineyards span the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin, and have been farmed organically since 2008, with Ecocert AB certification since 2014. The domaine avoids chemical products and herbicides, relying on rigorous vineyard work, manual harvesting and strict sorting. Vinification, aging and bottling are carried out on-site, using indigenous yeasts, cold maceration and 12–14 months in French oak, including 30% new barrels. The approach is hands-on and artisanal, with Vincent overseeing the wines from vineyard to bottle.
