Agostino Pavia

Italy

Agostino Pavia is a family-owned estate in Agliano Terme, in Piedmont’s Barbera d’Asti area. Founded by Agostino Pavia and now operated by his sons Giuseppe (Pino) and Mauro, the winery owns all its vineyards in Agliano Terme and Montegrosso. Farming combines manual vineyard work, cover crops, integrated pest management and a certified sustainable-farming program, with careful grape selection and minimal intervention aimed at expressing the local terroir. Barbera is the focus, presented in four distinct interpretations with different ageing methods, alongside Monferrato Rosso. Winemaking is carried out by Agostino and his sons, balancing tradition with cellar technology. The estate also includes Cascina La Marescialla, an agriturismo opened in 2009 for wine tourism.
