Family-owned Tenuta San Vito is a Tuscan estate in Montelupo Fiorentino, within the Chianti Colli Fiorentini territory. Founded by Roberto Drighi in 1960, it is now managed by his grandson Neri Gazulli. The estate has practiced organic farming since the early 1980s and has been certified organic since 1985, excluding synthetic pesticides, herbicides and chemical treatments while emphasizing biodiversity and care for the land. Its vineyards include Sangiovese and other Tuscan and international varieties. Winemaker Attilio Pagli oversees harvest and vinification, using stainless steel, oak and concrete vessels, with an approach combining gentle modern equipment and traditional Tuscan practice.
