Domaine de la Mordorée

France

Founded in 1986 by Francis (Fabrice) Delorme and his son Christophe, Domaine de la Mordorée is a family estate based in Tavel in the southern Rhône Valley, now run by Madeleine and Ambre Delorme following Christophe’s death in 2015. The domaine is certified organic, biodynamic by Demeter, and HVE Level 3. Vineyard work is rooted in respect for living soils and natural rhythms, with manual harvesting and sorting throughout. In the cellar, the emphasis is on careful, low-intervention winemaking, including indigenous yeasts and limited sulfites, with the aim of letting each terroir speak without artifice. The estate produces elegant whites and powerful, ageworthy reds across several Rhône appellations.
