Cadetto’s Podere Castorani estate is located in Pescara, Abruzzo, where partners continue a 200-year family tradition. Certified organic, the vineyards use traditional pergola training, with grapes hand-picked and carefully selected. The estate focuses on Montepulciano d’Abruzzo while also experimenting with new varieties, balancing innovation with established local expertise. Winemaking includes fermentation at 28°C, 14 days of maceration, full malolactic fermentation, and 12 months of aging in concrete tanks.
