Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard.
Dried fruit, honey and candied citrus with concentrated sweetness.
L’Étoile’s name evokes its surrounding hills and star-shaped fossils. The appellation covers white wines, including dry Vin Jaune and sweet Vin de Paille. Poulsard can contribute to the dried-grape wine even though it is a dark-skinned grape.
