Valli di Porto Pino opens the southwest to wines beyond its familiar Carignano DOC.
Valli di Porto Pino IGT covers a defined set of mainland municipalities in Sardinia’s southwest. It is broader in wine possibilities than its coastal name might suggest, allowing whites, reds and rosés. Carignano del Sulcis DOC is a separate designation with its own area and grape requirements. The producer’s vineyard and blend details bring each IGT bottle into sharper focus.
