Mandrolisai’s red blends weave together Bovale Sardo, Cannonau and Monica from Sardinia’s interior.
Dark and red berries, herbs and spice, combining structure with softer fruit.
Berry-led rosé with freshness and some of the blend’s savoury character.
Mandrolisai DOC expresses a traditional partnership of three grapes rather than a single-variety wine. Bovale Sardo anchors the blend alongside Cannonau and Monica. Both red and rosé types belong to the denomination. Inland hills and changing exposures add variety, making producer, vineyard and vintage useful companions to the regional name.
