About Minervois-La Livinière

La Livinière red

Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre.

Dark fruit, floral lift and wild-herb spice, with structure that can reward a few years in the cellar.

Where it grows: Around La Livinière on the limestone foothills of the Montagne Noire.

Formerly labelled Minervois-La Livinière, this red-only appellation is now called La Livinière. Its south-facing slopes and limestone terraces offer a focused expression of the wider Minervois landscape.
