Pierre Thibert

Domaine Pierre Thibert is a small, family-run estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, founded in 1989 by Pierre and Aline Thibert. The domaine farms vineyards across several villages using organic-style practices, including manual work, low yields, attention to soil health and biocontrol products, without formal certification. Its wines focus on single-vineyard expressions and a natural, low-intervention style. Since 2018, Pierre has been joined in the partnership and cellar by his son Arthur, who has led recent vinification upgrades, while Mathilde Thibert oversees marketing.
