Domaine Vincendeau

France

Founded, owned, and operated by Liv Vincendeau since 2014, Domaine Vincendeau is an independent estate in Rochefort-sur-Loire’s Corniche Angevine. It grows Chenin Blanc, Grolleau Noir, and Pinot Noir on schist soils, including fruit from a vineyard over 80 years old. Liv personally oversees the vineyards, cellar, and winemaking, working with a small team, seasonal staff, and family. All grapes are estate-grown and hand-harvested, with yields capped at 45 hectolitres per hectare or less. Organic practices and Ecocert certification have been in place from the beginning, followed by biodynamic conversion and Demeter certification from the 2020 vintage.
