Domaine Servin

France

Domaine Servin is a family-owned Chablis estate with a history dating to 1654 and more than seven generations of winemakers. François Servin owns and runs the domaine with his Australian brother-in-law, Mark Cameron, with François also serving as winemaker. Its Chardonnay vineyards lie on Chablis’s characteristic Kimmeridgian limestone and clay marl, often with vines over 40 years old, including massal-selection plantings. The domaine produces the full range of appellations, from Petit Chablis through Premier Cru and Grand Cru. Winemaking is traditional, combining stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and finesse with used oak barrels for selected crus, enhancing their intrinsic character. Its wines are regularly recognized by critics and guides, including Vinous, Burghound.com, Hachette, and the Concours Général Agricole.
