Lapati Wines

Georgia

Lapati is a small-batch natural wine producer founded in 2015 by Vincent Jullien and Guillaume Gouerou in Sagarejo, Kakheti. Co-owned and managed by its founders, the estate works with local grape growers and its own vineyards, using traditional qvevri methods alongside European techniques and a French touch. The wines are made in a lo-fi, low-intervention style, including qvevri-fermented pét-nats, gently macerated whites, carbonic reds, and light, fresh still wines. Lapati built its own marani on the property and uses minimal sulfite additions, with a focus on natural, environment-friendly winemaking.
