Established in 1975 in Carrodilla, Luján de Cuyo, Cavas de Weinert is a historic Mendoza winery owned and operated by Antonino Virzi. The estate is known for traditional winemaking and extended aging programs, with wines spanning red, white, rosé, special cask, and vertical collections. Its cellar includes French oak barrels and Argentina’s largest 44,000-liter barrel. Certified organic since 2019 and Fair for Life since 2021, the winery combines traditional methods with commitments to sustainable and fair-trade practices.
