Domaine de Colette

France

Domaine de Colette is a fourth-generation family estate in Lantignié, Beaujolais, founded by René Gauthier. Managed by Jacky Gauthier since 1980 and now joined by his son Pierre-Alexandre, it is a family-run operation across multiple Beaujolais crus. The domaine is converting to full organic certification and holds HVE Level 3 status, employing sustainable practices such as horse-plowing, hand-harvesting, and permanent grassing from old vines. Winemaking follows a philosophy of minimal intervention with low sulphur and no additives.
