Domaine Collotte

France

Domaine Collotte is a family-owned estate in Marsannay, Burgundy, run by Philippe Collotte with his daughter Isabelle, continuing a domaine founded by Louis and Lucie Collotte in the 1910s. Based in Marsannay-la-Côte, they also farm parcels in Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny. The domaine works old vines with low yields, avoids chemical weed-killers, and relies on plowing and careful vine work, with HVE level 3 certification noted in the provided materials. In the cellar, they favor indigenous yeasts, de-stemmed fruit, unfiltered wines, and gentle vinification with measured élevage to express each terroir clearly. Their wines are noted for elegance and finesse.
