Viña Cobos is a Mendoza producer founded and owned by internationally renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs, who works alongside head winemaker Andrés Vignoni. Its high-altitude estate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco support terroir-driven wines, particularly Malbec alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The winery emphasizes meticulous vineyard care, sustainable vineyard management, minimal intervention and respect for nature in pursuit of pure site expression. Wines across its portfolio, from Felino to the premium Cobos label, are bottled unfined and unfiltered using indigenous yeasts. The style is defined by elegance, balance and ageing potential, with a strong focus on expressing the character of Mendoza’s individual terroirs.
