Château Gassier

France

Gassier is a multi-generation family estate at the foot of Sainte-Victoire in Provence, with Georges Gassier and oenologist Léa Rouyet leading the wines. Since 1982, the house has focused on organic farming and a careful, parcel-by-parcel approach, combining traditional know-how with innovation to express the clay-limestone terroir and its distinctive microclimate. The estate is certified organic and has also adopted regenerative practices to improve soil health and biodiversity. Gassier is especially known for expressive white and rosé wines from Côtes de Provence and Sainte-Victoire, including age-worthy rosés matured in concrete vats and Austrian oak demi-muids. The style emphasizes freshness, precision, terroir expression, and a serious approach to rosé.
