Botromagno

Italy

Botromagno is a family-owned winery in Gravina, Puglia, founded in 1991 by the D’Agostino family and now owned and operated by brothers Beniamino and Alberto D’Agostino, who also serve as winemakers. Its vineyards lie on the Murge hills, where mineral-rich soils and a temperate microclimate support indigenous varieties including Primitivo, Greco, Malvasia, Nero di Troia, Negroamaro, and Aglianico. The grapes have been USDA Organic certified since the 2013 vintage, reflecting the winery’s commitment to organic farming. Across its plots, including the Zingariello vineyard, Botromagno focuses on expressing Puglian varieties through a family-led, estate-based approach.
