Ercole

Italy

Ercole is a Piedmont wine line from Monferrato, created by The Piedmont Guy in collaboration with a long-established cooperative of small family growers. Rather than a single estate or proprietor, it represents a collective of local winemaking families farming mostly 30- to 50-year-old vines on calcareous-sandy, sandy, calcareous-clay, and limestone-marl soils. The vineyards follow ევროკ integrated farming standards (“lotta integrata”), with many sites certified organic, minimal copper and sulfur use, and no systemic chemical treatments. Vinification and bottling are vegan-certified. The focus is on accessible, everyday Piedmont wines rooted in old-vine fruit and cooperative grower tradition, with no specific winemaker identified.
