En Attendant La Nuit

Etienne Seignovert is a young natural-wine producer based on his family-owned farm in Saint-Barthélemy-Le-Plain, in the Doux valley of Ardèche. Working with the region’s typical soils, he makes small-batch, boutique wines with a low-intervention philosophy. The wines are neither fined nor filtered and contain no added sulphur. Fermentation and élevage take place in stainless steel tanks and reclaimed French oak barrels, with an emphasis on pure fruit expression, gentle extraction, and vibrant, electric flavors.
