Vini Viti Vinci

France

Vini Viti Vinci is an independent micro-negociant founded by Nicolas Vauthier in 2009 in Avallon, northern Burgundy. Owned and run by Vauthier, the project focuses on sourcing fruit from organic and biodynamic growers rather than relying on a large estate. Farming is described as uncertified organic, with fruit coming from limestone and clay sites at 400–450 metres elevation. In the cellar, Vauthier follows a low-intervention approach with native fermentations, minimal sulfur, limited oak, and natural winemaking methods. The result is a boutique Burgundy label centered on carefully sourced grapes, hands-on ownership, and an artisanal, natural-wine philosophy.
