Jouves & Croisille is a collaborative Cahors project between the Jouves and Croisille families, led by winemakers Fabien Jouves and Germain Croisille, with Simon Croissille also involved. Their 30 hectares of vineyards span diverse soils and are certified organic and biodynamic. The estate’s farming reflects a clear commitment to ecological stewardship, while its collaborative family structure and focus on quality distinguish it from large-scale production.
