Domaine Nudant is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Ladoix-Serrigny, with vineyards across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Fourth-generation siblings Aurélie and Guillaume Nudant manage the domaine, continuing a viticultural history traced back to 1453. The estate produces red and white wines from regional, village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations, with a focus on terroir and tradition. Its certified organic farming avoids herbicides and insecticides, using controlled yields, frequent ploughing and treatments only when necessary. Grapes are hand-picked and fully destemmed; wines are made with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur and vegan protocols. Red wines undergo cold maceration and gentle extraction, followed by barrel aging and bottling at the domaine.
