Domaine Les Aphillanthes

France

Domaine Les Aphillanthes is a family-run, fourth-generation estate in France’s Southern Rhône, led by Daniel Boulle and his wife Hélène. Based around Travaillan, Cairanne, Rasteau and nearby villages, the domaine farms organically and biodynamically, with ECOCERT and Biodivin certification since 2007 and biodynamic practice dating to 2000. Daniel Boulle oversees both vineyard work and winemaking, supported by a minimal-intervention approach that includes low yields, gravity flow and concrete vats. The estate also includes old vines, including a historic parcel planted in 1921, alongside experimental plots, reflecting a hands-on, site-focused philosophy.
