Producer

Domaine des Amiel

France

Domaine des Amiel is a family-run estate in Languedoc-Roussillon, led by Aymeric Amiel after his brother Jordan’s involvement, with Nicolas Raffy as winemaker and oenologist since 2003. The domaine farms its vineyards organically and biodynamically, with Ecocert and Demeter certification, and works with dry farming, manual harvest, horse ploughing, and biodiversity plantings. Notes also highlight the estate’s low-intervention approach in the cellar. The focus is on attentive viticulture and a strong family identity, with Raffy playing a key role in the move to biodynamics.
