Château du Bourgneuf is a family-owned Pomerol estate run by the Vayron family since the early 19th century. Xavier and Dominique Vayron are the current proprietors, with winemaking overseen by Frédérique Vayron since 2008. Its vineyards are planted predominantly to Merlot, with Cabernet Franc, and the estate combines manual green harvesting with parcel-by-parcel hand-picking. HVE 3 environmental certification reflects its sustainable approach. The wines are shaped by careful vineyard work and a hands-on, family-led philosophy.
