Venturini Baldini

Italy

Venturini Baldini is a historic estate in Emilia-Romagna’s Terre di Canossa, near Reggio Emilia, producing Emilian wines since 1976. Rooted in a property dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, it remains closely tied to the region through Lambrusco, Spergola, Malbo Gentile and other native varieties. The vineyards are farmed organically, with certification dating to the early 1990s, and practices including composting, cover crops and minimal intervention. The house is especially known for Lambrusco and sparkling wines, including Metodo Classico production since 1996, with an emphasis on expressing the character of Emilia. The estate also includes the historic Acetaia di Canossa, linking its wine production to the area’s long balsamic tradition.
