Monte Tondo

Italy

Monte Tondo is a family-owned estate in Soave, Veneto, run by third-generation vintner Gino Magnabosco with his family, including Marta. Gino personally follows the vineyards and wines, combining long-standing tradition with modern improvements. The estate’s Soave and Valpolicella vineyards include distinct sites on Monte Tondo, Monte Foscarino, Monte Tenda and Monte Gazzo, with soils ranging from calcareous to basaltic and clay. Its wines emphasize the character of these hillside sites, from mineral, fruity Soave to structured reds and Recioto di Soave. The winery highlights organic viticulture, sustainable practices and zero-additive, vegan- and vegetarian-friendly winemaking, although no formal organic certification is cited.
