Producer

Tillingham

United Kingdom

Tillingham is a mixed farm in England, owned and operated by farmer-winemaker Ben Walgate. Its vineyards form part of a wider landscape of fruit trees, ancient woodland and livestock, alongside renovated hospitality and visitor facilities. The vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, with natural, low-intervention winemaking that includes fermentation in terracotta qvevri. Now entering its first wine-production phase after three years of vineyard maturation, Tillingham makes around 20 styles spanning red, white, orange, rosé and sparkling wines.
