Pazo da Bouciña is a single-estate Albariño producer in Rías Baixas, owned by the Galician cooperative Adega Condes de Albarei since 2008. Its old vines, some up to 80 years old, are trained on granite pergolas and hand-picked. The estate follows traditional, low-intervention practices, although no formal sustainability certifications are listed. Five percent of sales is donated to drug-prevention and reintegration programs.
